My name is Megen Smith and I am Executive Director of Independent Living at Brightmore of East Memphis. I have a background of 10+ years in hospitality and management and I love to serve others. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything I do, both professionally and personally. I always strive to leave a positive impact with everyone I meet. When not working I enjoy spending time with my daughter, going to the beach, and trying new foods! I am so excited to have the privilege to serve our seniors on the Brightmore of East Memphis team.
