Leadership Spotlight : Cassandra Dotson

Cassandra Dotson is the Wellness Director at Brightmore of East Memphis. Cassandra was born and raised in Memphis and is proud for our community to be providing exceptional senior living to residents of the East Memphis area. She has worked in senior living for 15 years and loves to build meaningful relationships with the residents she serves. Her goal is to keep residents of Brightmore of East Memphis happy, engaged and fulfilled. She looks forward to learning more about each resident that moves to the community and hearing about their families, friends, careers, hobbies and interests.
Cassandra is a major sports fan, so in her spare time she loves cheering on the University of Memphis football and basketball teams, as well as the Memphis Grizzlies. She enjoys attending her children’s basketball games and spending time with her dog, Lexi. We are excited to have Cassandra as a member of the Brightmore of East Memphis team!
