Beatles music wafts through the hallways as new residents have been moving in. “Gail is our very first resident and we heard that she loves The Beatles, so we obliged. We thought it would be fun for her to be able to enjoy some of their classic tunes while arranging some beautiful flowers,” said Tammy Beasley, life enrichment director for Brightmore of East Memphis. The vibrant, new rental senior living community opened its doors earlier this month, completing the construction project that began in 2021. The staff is poised and excited to be welcoming the first residents and quickly learning about their needs, interests and likes.
The building was carefully designed and built from the ground up to appeal to active retirees eager to start their lives in the engaging retirement community.

Four-legged family members are welcome here. We’ve even designed a special dog park on campus,” said Donna English, sales and marketing director. “On the other hand, not everyone likes or wants to be around dogs, and that’s okay too. We were able to design common areas and special spaces that aren’t adjacent to where the pet park is located. Our campus is spacious enough to respect and accommodate both.”
